CNC Machining
Your all-in-one solution for CNC parts and machining services.
Whether the project is simple or complex, we aim for precision. Simple designs can be completed within 1-3 days,
special custom parts usually require more than 5 days.

CNC Milling
Transforms solid materials into complex 3D shapes with versatile multi-axis cutting.

CNC Turning
Creates precise cylindrical components by rotating the workpiece against a stationary tool.

5-Axis CNC Machining
Achieves highly intricate geometries and superior surface finishes in a single setup.

Precision Machining
Delivers ultra-tight tolerances and exceptional repeatability for critical applications.
CNC Manufacturability Assessment Before Manufacturing
To ensure ideal production, we start with a comprehensive review of your design. Our engineers identify possible manufacturing obstacles in advance, ensuring your design is smoothly and precisely brought to life in the form of high quality custom parts.
We confirm whether the materials and surface treatment requirements are consistent with the design, and that all necessary tolerances and surface requirements are clearly marked on the 2D drawings.
We check the design for structural features that may pose machining challenges. For example:
– The depth of deep grooves, deep holes or deep cavities.
– Whether the internal fillet (R angle) is too small.
– The stability of thin-walled areas.
– Whether the distance between features is too close.
Evaluate whether the part structure is convenient for stable clamping at different processing stages and whether it meets the special requirements of subsequent surface treatment processes.
