Precision CNC Machining Tolerance
| Description | |
| Tolerance | Die-cast parts often require secondary machining to meet tight tolerances. With finishing, precision can reach ±0.01 mm. |
| Minimum Wall Thickness | For aluminum die casting, we recommend a minimum of 1.5 mm. Zinc alloys allow for thinner walls, down to 0.8 mm. |
| Wall Thickness Ratio | Maintain a wall thickness ratio within 1:3 to ensure uniform filling and avoid defects. |
| Hole Diameter | Due to the high casting temperatures, holes under 3 mm in aluminum parts require post-machining. Threaded and external threads are also formed through secondary processes. |
| Draft Angle | A minimum draft angle of 0.5° is recommended to ease part release and prevent damage during demolding. |
